SAN JOSE JUNIPER
DRIFTWOOD EFFECTS
This juniper was design by Bonsai Master John Naka when he visited Britain in 1984. It was created from a tree that i had a dug up two years previously from a friend's garden.
This variety of juniper has a very coarse growth, and tend to lose vegetation colour when left out in the heat of the sun; it is also quit easily by the frost. However, the vegetation green up well when the tree kept in the shade.
